Yep, not too close - And what kept those nozzles from melting was the fuel that was circulated around the nozzle, which was liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen which when combined and *burnt* makes water.

1 out of 350,000 Americans get electrocuted in their life - Hmmm, does that also include receiving a jolt of electricity from a wall outlet? Thats happened to me many times. I especially loathe getting zapped by 240 volts DC such as what happened to me in Sweden.

Ouch CD, That must have hurt.

Celery has negative calories. It takes more calories to eat a piece of celery than the celery has in it to begin with.

It didn't hurt so much but I found it hard to pull away from what was zapping me. It was as if someone was holding me against my will - Now, how I finally got loose was just to sit down on the floor.

During the chariot scene in "Ben Hur," a small red car can be seen in the distance.

Ms. Margaret :tiphat:

Off topic:

One random fact of me. I have never seen nor even thought about a small red car in the Ben Hur movie. Perhaps, come to think of it, there were no cars then. By God I have seen that movie many a time, like the Erroll Flyn "Robin Hood" while a child. The TCM channel we can watch here send all these older american movies every night from 7PM. Even "The Old man And The Sea" and "Heroes Of The Sea" and "Daniel Boone" with Spencer Tracy, my childhood hero.

However, there is a club here in the near by big city of Aalborg, where some of these young geniuses and nerds, who do not care for the film itself, but for discovering things like a small red car in the movie, or an actor suddenly having a new hirt on in the same scene, or replacement of the furniture etc. etc.

Weird interest.

Likewise Ms. Margaret :tiphat:

It sounded too weird, and incidently I have had that thought a couple of times, of a strangulation of the machine.

Btw. So very many congratulations on your 2008 record of 2000 posts.
