Please forgive me Ms. Margaret :tiphat: Talking of fast balls or a real slasher of a fastball in baseball:

He is sometimes called the fastest pitcher in baseball history and had a fastballthat may have exceeded 100 mph (161 km/h). Some experts believe it went as fast as 110 mph (177 km/h), others that his pitches travelled at 105 mph (169 km/h) or less.[2] The Guinness Book of Records records the fastest pitch ever as 100.9 mph (162.4 km/h) by Nolan Ryan.[3] As no radar gun or other device was available to measure the speed of his pitches precisely, the actual top speed of his pitches remains unknown. Regardless of its actual speed, his fastball earned him the nickname "White Lightning".

Way To Go Steve!!

Wow Intet

Some baseball player, that was very interesting. thank you.

Margaret

Thank you Ms. Margaret :tiphat:

Should you for reasons, I can´t even imagine meet one of these cats - talking about fast, I hope you´re not lost driving around on the savana in Africa in a wheelchair.

What is the world's fastest cat?

The world’s fastest cat is the Cheetah.
This fast cat can reach speeds of up to 60 miles per hour on open plains.
Cheetah’s are not like other large predator cats, they do not roar, their unique sounds are more like the barking of a dog and chirping of a bird.
The Cheetah grows to around 47 to 59 inches in length and weighs between 66 and 132 pou

Hi Ms. Margaret,

If my memory serves me Cheetahs will never bother with humans. Lions and Tigers, on the other hand, will gladly feast on your flesh.

Cheers,

I don´t believe you have seen many tigers on the African Savana, if so you´re all alone in the whole wide world with this experience:

Perhaps you´ll find the tigers in Pakistan, India, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Burma or the white ones also in Russia. Please read The Jungle Book, by Rudyard Kipling.

Hi Intet,

Very well then - How about if I organise a trip to the region where the Siberian Tiger roams and fly you into that area and drop you off, eh? And no, you don't get a gun or rifle. We'll then see how your encounter with a 1000 lb Siberian Tiger went. All what would be left of you are some shredded pieces of your winter clothing. Furthermore, Bengal Tigers in India account for many human deaths each year.

Cheers,

CD :grin::grin::grin:

You´re welcome dear sir Corno Dolce :tiphat: You´re such a convenient friend.

Just wanted to teach you some basic knowledge from the zoological world in Africa. There are no tigers in Africa at all, never have been :grin::grin:.

As for your quite overwhelming offer of a traveling present for me to meet the Siberian Tiger. Does the traveling present come with a parashute as well, when you drop me off that is before you drop me off, eh? Remember please sir Cornbo Dolce. I am not the smartest president in the world!!

Or will it be a one in a life time 10.000 feet of vertical free fall through the fast dumping silence - untill I am finished permently? :devil::angel::pray::devil::trp::banana::smash::scold::lol::lol::lol::lol:. If so, please remember to give notice to the waiting Siberian Tiger, so it does not wait for the supper from above - unnessesarely.

You could borrow my own white Siberian Tiger Alfred, isn´t he cute:

Hi Intet,

I never said that Tigers lived in Africa - please don't misquote me.

Cheers,

CD :grin::grin::grin:

ps. I was thinking about having a helicopter pick you up at the Airport in Magadan and land you at the edge of the forest where some of the big cats are known to frequently pass by :grin::grin::grin:
