Down to 43f the last couple of days with frosts, but at least bright and sunny. 45f today. Clematus and flowering cherry in bud. What is happening

Somewhat crazy! The last few days were bitterly cold (lows between -25C and -30C) - then today with a mix of snow, freezing rain/drizzle it's heading for a predicted high of +4C.... We had a total of about 30Cm of snow over the lat week and we are expecting another 10-15 today. (Depending on the rain). Never a dull moment. (Very Big Grin).

48f calm and overcast. Apparently there is not enough rainfall for this time of year, and there may be water restrictions in the summer???????????????????????

It hasn't been a sunny day for three weeks. Nothing but clouds and rain.
I don't know which weather channel I have to believe. One of them say
that it's 39 degrees f. and the other says 41. Kentucky hasn't seen any
snow at all but clouds and once in a while a little rain. Usually in January
we see lots of snowy weather. Not this time.

We are going through a cold spell with temps down as low as 39f. I look forward to the end of February, when the evenings are lighter and I know Spring is on he way

Same problem here - which is why I rely upon the weather reports from the USAF base located here - they of all institutions seem to have it "all together" on the forecasts and have always been quite accurate ... they have to be, especially when giving incoming pilots these reports before landing.

Daytime temps hovering around 70° F here ... some frosty nights with ice on the windshield at times, but no rain/snow. Too much sunshine though :lol:.
