An inch of snow arrived just in time for christmas. But this morning is clear and bitterly cold. -17C which is about zero on the farenheit scale, if I remember correctly. It sure looks beautiful outside - I think I will stay inside and keep warm. ATB!

The other day we were warned to expect the worst - rain followed by up to 30 Cm of snow. Well we got the rain and about half an inch of snow. Now today is clear and B- cold..... A wind chill about -29C... I suspect winter has arrived.

We had bright sun, when I went into shop, was raining when I came out! It stopped soon after I got home.

Now in a word #\!$% awful (precede that with your preferred expletive) Howling gale and driving rain.
Some trellis supporting roses blew down in the night, rain has found its way through the roof of the "laundry room" extension so there are a couple of strategically placed drip catchers out there. There seems to be an intermittent fault on my internet connection, drops out for a few seconds or minutes at intervals, lights sometimes flicker too. Don't think I'll be going anywhere today, was going to get a haircut, but that can wait.
