Sigh's deeply at Sweet Corn's listening to Latry playing Messiaen ... from that wonderful (and colourful) CD set I own, too!

This morning, Nutcracker Suite, Royal Concertgebouw, Dorati (though it wasn't Royal when he conducted them)

Dear CT64,

I much appreciate your comments - You da man! :):):) Today I listened to George Delvallee play L'Orgue Mystique by Charles Tournemire.
Btw, I understand that you might be transitioning to Melbourne pretty soon, n'est-ce pas?

One more thing: Listen to the two soundfiles below and tell me what you think:

Paul Hindemith: Trio for heckelphone, viola and piano. Why isn't the heckelphone used

more? It rules!

Hi Udyret,

I really dig the sound of the Heckelphone - It is such a cool instrument.

Back on topic: Rachmaninoff's "Moments Musicaux" played by Vladimir Ashkenazy.

Cheers,
