What classical music did you listen to today?

Lots of organ music: Oliver Messiaen "Apparation de l'Eglise éternelle" and "L'Ascension",

Johann Pachelbel "Ricercare in c-minor," J.S. Bach "Prelude and fugue in B-major", and

Marcel Dupre "Prelude and fugue in g-minor". The reason for the quantity is, that I was

the page turner at a concert performed by my teacher. Great stuff and performance!

Udyret - wow - I've heard a lot of Paul Hindemith's music, play a lot of his viola music myself (difficult stuff) but I've never actually heard that piece with the bass oboe.

J.S. Bach: "orchestral suite no. 3 in d-major BWV 1068." The one featuring one of the

most beautiful classical pieces ever; the air. It destroys me everytime I hear it.

Hi Udyret,

JSBach's music destroys you? I find his music upbuilding like a good dialogue.

Cheers,
