Thank goodness that we have had some warm, even hot, weather since my return from the SoF. The two blazing weeks we had there were marvellous and to return to cold wet weather would have been awful. Light and sunny with light cloud today at 74 f
Our days continue to soar into the low 100's (F) ... still in 'monsoon season' though until October, so it can pour huge amounts of rain in a short period of time; and those storms appear suddenly without warning, along with flash flooding in the rivers and washes.
Lovely sunny day hitting 78 f. Maybe we will get an Indian Summer. We could do with it after the last two long Winters and it will give me a chance to get some more work done in the garden
Overcast and fairly steady rain for the last twelve hours. The weeds on my lawn look like they can do with it. Hopefully sun for the bank holiday (Monday)
The lovely weather continuse with sunny days and temps in the 70 f plus area. Hopefully we will get a good Autumn so I can get some work done in the garden.
Sitting out in the garden after work, enjoying the late sun, a Robin came down to join us. For about half an hour he hopped around our feet while we feed him crumbs and blackberries, which he seemed to enjoy. Beautiful weather at 73 F
Although we sat out untill almost 10.00 PM last night it is now sweater weather. The evenings are cool enough to make me put something on over my shirt. This morning is quite pleasant with a hazy sun but the temperature is down to around 60 f, a shock after yesterdays 80 f. Indian Summer this year? I hope so.
Clear here now - dunno how long for tho', going up to Leamington tomorrow for a model railway show, so hope the roads are dry but that it's not too hot either.
