How's Your Weather?

I was all set to go to the rose gardens at Mottisfont Abbey, but the forecast yesterday said it would rain today, so we postponed it, and hey ho sun was out nearly all day.

^^ It's really annoying when that happens.

Some cloud cover today, but overall very nice. Temps in the teens celsius, very comfortable. Evenings are still chilly though.

Cool and wet...that's today and the call for the rest of the week. I wish I had gotten those seeds into the ground yesterday. Now I'll probably need to wait until next week. Beautiful sleeping weather. I'll be in hell, I mean Tampa, in another month. THEN I won't be able to stop talking about how wonderful it is here!

Grrrr ... 83° ... you are lucky, Judy.
Middle 90's today here in the SW Deserts of Arizona ... thank goodness for A/C.

It's 85 all ready and the 90's are on their way. I've seen it get to 105
here during the summer. I had on crocs and I thought they were going
to melt. They did get soft!

I think of all the weather conditions, a tornado must be the absolute worst experience. I mean, our deadly summer lightening/electrical storms can be 'shocking' at times, but to see a tornado coming towards your town must be the most frightening experience.

The Old Pueblo has 85° @ 0930, a few clouds (no rain, unfortunately) and a forecast for "hot" weather ahead - historically, June is our hottest month. In June 1992 we hit 117° here and 126° in Phoenix.

We just had a heavy downpour and the storms are finally moving out.
It's been so humid you could wring water out of the air. It felt as if
I was in a jungle somewhere. Hot and sticky! 81 felt like 90. Right
now it's 73 degrees. Wait until next month and August when we will
be praying for rain and don't get it until mid September. That usually
happens with temps in the 100's and sweltering unlike the 100's you
have in Arizona. Their temps are dry with little or no humidity. The
rubber shoes called crocs get soft when you walk on hot pavement
like that.

Guess what Krummhorn! Kentucky will get it's first 105 tomorrow!
We are under a heat advisory starting tonight. The low right now is
85 degrees after all of this rain. It will feel like a steam sauna if the
humidity doesn't drop some.
