Sylvie, my microwave's a lower wattage, too, so I adjusted it, in fact I've made this a few times now, with embellishments and it is quick and easy.

Corno - I don't send Dad the raunchy ones, but that doesn't mean he hasn't looked them up when visiting the site. He's very tech-savvy and spending my inheritance buying motorcycle parts on Ebay!

Back to chocolate cake, my mother is allergic to wheat and has had great success substituting half and half rice flour and ground almonds for the flour in the recipe.

I tried a sample of hibiscus flower juice the other day. Tasted OK, but was very sweet. "Is there much sugar in this?" I asked the promotional lady. "No, only natural cane sugar," she replied.

You were talking about a cadbury chocolate bar? This is just the candy
bar that I broke my tooth on last summer. I prefer Hershey bars and
M&Ms when I work with chocolate. What you guys are talking about is
a type of chocolate brownie baked in the microwave. I've made those
before. I make my version of butter cake in the microwave. A lighter
kind of pound cake.
