(ps. - I've got so many jazz tracks on iTunes and my iPod (about 13,000) that I have started to generate playlists. About 14 up to now each with 24 tracks.
When I feel too lazy to hunt the main list I just go to a playlist knowing it contains some of my favourite music.)
