Anton Bruckner--Symphony No.4 in E-Flat Major {"Romantic"} and Symphony No.8 in C Minor,
both richly performed by the Berliner Philharmoniker under Herbert von Karajan.
Ludwig Van Beethoven--Symphony No.3 in E-Flat Major, Op.55 {"Eroica"} and Symphony No.8 in F Major, Op.93. Both works feature the precise conducting and slower tempos {as compared to Karajan's and Bernstein's readings of the same works} of Maestro Szell leading the Cleveland Orchestra.
