What are the works on the CD?
As I am a Chamber Music lover the only Messiaen that I have is his ‘Quatuor pour la fin du temps’ with its strange line up of Violin, Clarinette, Cello and Piano but this combo works very well, some how you can feel the tension that Stalag VIII must have had on him.
