Yes, CD. I know what you mean; he's taken awhile to "grow on me as well". I've just received from Amazon an import German box set of his complete Symphonic Cycle, which I am about to delve into. Next on my German composer "to buy" list is the complete Symphonic Cycle of Gustav Mahler, as rendered by the New York Philharmonic and Maestro Bernstein.
