How surprising, turning this into another President bash. Grow up and get over it. The thread is about quotes, not boring American politics. Please stop it. Or make a thread about American politics and leave yourselves to play there, ok?

The easiest job in the world has to be coroner. Surgery on dead people. What's the worst thing that could happen? If everything went wrong, maybe you'd get a pulse

There is only one thing more painful from learning from experience and that is not learning from experience.

Not sure I would want to be a coroner, it is a bit of a dead end job.

Infamous Quote from George Herbert Walker Bush

"[The war in Iraq is] a rare opportunity
to move toward an historic period of cooperation.
Out of these troubled times...
a New World Order can emerge.".

Quote by: George Herbert Walker Bush
(1924- ) 41st US President, CIA Director, CFR Director, Trilateralist, Yale Skull & Bones Society
Date: Before Congress on September 11, 1990.
Source: In a speech Bush entitled "Toward a New World Order"

Which equals the christian republican Movement of Fascism in the USA for - The New World Order:

Quote and unquote intet-at-tabe.

NB! Please Google - Quotes on conspiracies

So let´s all remember the quotes by God to Moses:

God gave Moses the Ten Laws (or Commandments) on Mt. Sinai.

The Ten Commandments
(New International Version)

1. You shall have no other gods before me.

2. You shall not make for yourselves an idol.

3. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.

4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

5. Honor your father and your mother.

6. You shall not murder.

7. You shall not commit adultery.

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

10. You shall not covet.

Quotes on sin:

“The Roots of Violence: Wealth without work, Pleasure without conscience, Knowledge without character, Commerce without morality, Science without humanity, Worship without sacrifice, Politics without principles”. Mahatma Gandhi quotes (Indian Philosopher, internationally esteemed for his doctrine of nonviolent protest, 1869-1948)

For CT64 the quote: "We will never negotiate with terrorists", by the former actor and former Republican President of the USA, Ronald Reagan.

Comments by Lawrence Brown www.capecodtimes.com June 06, 2008, quote:

"First, let's understand that the United States has negotiated with terrorists since we negotiated a treaty with the Barbary Pirates, backed up by force, for unmolested passage on the high seas. When President Carter tried to quietly negotiate with Iran to free the hostages, rival candidate Ronald Reagan blew the whistle on the discussions crying shame, shame. He'd never negotiate with terrorists. So Reagan got the job and then — to finance covert operations against Nicaragua (made illegal in the Boland amendment) — he secretly sold Hawk anti-aircraft missiles to Iran. Remember the Iran/Contra scandal?", end of quote.

You know, when he was elected on his first four years he did a good job defending this country after 9-11. I know that he has made mistakes because he's only human like the rest of us. I would hate to see what this country would be like if I was president. But this last year he has made some real blunders. It's time to forgive the guy but at the same time realize that his days are numbered in the White House until after
Election day.
I just hope we get a good one the next time. I don't
really support him in all that he does. But I still pray for him that he
won't make the wrong decisions. You don't live in the USA like I do
and see what goes on everyday. It is not just him. Everytime you
get a president from the south there is a struggle because many of
the senate and congress are from the north and are a bit stiffnecked.
That's the problem. Not the President.

I quite agree ... this is not a political thread, nor the forum area for such discussion - please take that rhetoric to the Open Debate forum area. Also, as a reminder folks, posting multiple posts in a row is to be avoided as much as possible ... they will be merged and when that happens, post counts will be re-adjusted because of that effect.

Thanks :tiphat:

"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man."
