The only thing I can't stand about seeing the dentist is the Novocaine
shots. They hurt more than the toothache. Nere it's still 90 degrees
and under a thunderstorm watch. I just see a little spot on the map
in St. Louis. It will probably fizzle out before it gets here.

I could go for one of those; it's been hot lately! And high humidity as well. And I haven't installed the AC unit in the window yet... Doh! :grin: I'd better get on that soon; I'm missing all those BTUs of raw cooling power! :lol:

I use to go to a dentist, in London. Instead of dentists chairs they had water beds, very relaxing.

Nothing in this world scare me more than dentists, like (I believe) Master Krummhorn spoke it some time ago. It was a dentist, who invented the electric chair.

What a wonderfull night, no down hill skiing or no swimming in the bed.

This morning cloudy, very windy - it began during the night, and the temperature just below 70 degrees fahrenheit.

It's partly cloudy and 80 degrees. A small cold front came through
last night. I had to turn off the air conditioner.

It was because you wrote waterbeds in the plural tense, and I couldn´t quite figure out a dentist in one waterbed with her drills and the thing they always hang in my mouth to take the drool. Then the terrified patient (me) in the other waterbed, and then what about the dental assistent? The one, who is always moving around invisble and typycally always smile to me, when she suddenly passes in front of me, like if I had just called her the most beautiful woman in the world. Rather unlikely though for me at the dentist´s. Never mind.

I am a chicken with dentists, I admit it.

On topic:

It´s been very windy all day long with low hanging dark clouds, but no rain. Temperatures as we speak 72 degrees fahrenheit, a GREY day.

Sorry Intet, I misled you.

It was quite a big place, with quite a few dentists each with their own room. Each room had a waterbed for the patient. Yes poor dentist trying to drill while lying on a waterbed, I see the diffuculty.

Sunny, with a clear blue sky, strong winds from the west and temperatures not for sunbathing.

That´s how I like it, so my eyes do not get afraid of all those white skinny hairy legs on men in shorts.

Hot enough this afternoon to fry an egg on the patio glass table. Didn't have to turn on the gas burners in the BBQ - just let the meat lay there and it "solar cooked" all by itself ... j/k ... :crazy:

Tomorrow (Wed) a cooling trend for us ... a huge 2° drop ... well it will then go below 101 all the way down to 99°. By the weekend, up towards 105°, and next to nothing humidity wise. :grin:

It cooled down last night to just 60 degrees. It has warmed up so
far to 62 since the sun came up.
