Normal ho hum sunshine here ... 50°F currently with clear skies.
Rain in the weekend forecast though, which we could really use.

Personally praying for clouds and more rain ... would like to give up sunshine for Lent

Some weather!

The weather for the last two weeks has been fantastic in the Montreal area. Warm (compared to normal for the time of year) and very little snow. There is still a good snow cover on the ground to protect the plants though. The local weather person went way out on a limb today stating that there was no 'serious' weather in sight for at least the next TWO weeks. Boy, for the Month of March that is pushing it. (Grin).

Even my local backyard raccoons say winter is almost over. (See blog below). I'm beginning to think they may be better at predicting the arrival of spring better than those sleepy groundhogs. (Fingers crossed mode).

Temperatures are hovering between -6 to +8C. This should mean a good year for maple syrup if it keeps up.
