Gerald Eckert (German, studied with Dirk Reith.) Eckert writes both instrumental and electroacoustic music--and sometimes both together, of course. His discs are few and not that easy to find, at least here in the U.S., but if you find one, snap it up. His music is pretty consistently good. (col legno, Composers Art Label, and cybele.)
(As Udyret and marval have shown us recently, a few words of orientation are nice.)
((Aaron, by the way, spelled his name without an "e." For a composer named Copeland, you have to go to Canada. Darren Copeland, who studied with Barry Truax.))
