Problem pasting jazz from Youtube

I've tried a few alternative ways that seem to work but I'll try to describe what seemed to be the main reason for my problems.

Out of the blue, when I tried my usual method
ie Find the Youtube video I wished to paste
Right ckick
Select "copy video URL" (and supposedly move to the post for pasting)
The following happened - A question comes up on the screen as follows

Do you wish to allow this webpage to access your Clipboard?
(If you allow this the webpage can access the clipboard and read
information that you've cut or copied recently.

Allow access Dont allow (one of these choices had to be clicked
but then when I tried to carry on to paste nothing would happen.

I dont know why this started off but it obviously lead to my pasting problems.

Ok - I just tried to paste a Bud Shank video - the dodgy m. appeared and it failed to paste.
I will try some od the other techniques mentioned by you guys above and see what happens
(If I can follow the instructions).

Well then teddy - I couldn't work out your method atall.
What do you mean by shrink the video and what is the reply box?
and where is there a simple "copy" instruction?

I should say SHRINK THE YOUTUBE PAGE and the reply box is the one you use on the forum. You just hit SHARE on YOUTUBE then EDIt and COPY then go to this box and either EDIT and PASTE or right click and PASTE

You're still making a lot of hard work out of a simple operation. The method I posted above I've been using for years on many different forums with no problems -- Yahoo groups are an entirely different matter, you can only get pictures or other attachments on their pages by sending it attached to an email!
