My goodness but you aren't half missing out by limiting yourself to 60/70's, there has been a lot of amazing stuff in every decade.

¹Kid Rock is surprisingly popular with the "mid-life crisis" crowd. An old man like Philadelphia sports-broadcast personality Al Morganti has publicly admitted to working out to the sounds of Kid Rock.:smirk:

²For me, I can pinpoint the exact place in time when my interest in Rock/Pop music started to decline precipitously. It was immediately after cut three of U2's The Joshua Tree. Nothing in the genre (not even the remaining cuts on THAT album) has resonated the same way since.:shake:

White Knight

Spectral Warrior con passion
And nobody saw fit to include Jimi Hendrix!:shake::scold:Shame,shame.

So am I to take it from the lack of any response whatsoever to this post from over a month ago that no participating members of this thread believe that Hendrix should be included in any "top ten artists'' ranking list of this sort? I am truly stunned and in disbelief should that be the case, as it apparently is. WOW! :banghead::shake:
