This is my very first forum after much searching. I've never done this kind of thing before but I have been watching other forums from a distance so to speak. It always struck me that forced opinions have a flavour of intolerance but on this site there seems to be an air of openess. I like it.....

To further explain incase anyone is interested. I'm a guitar player/singer/songwriter (but not in that order), I've written a bunch of songs that I have absolutley no intention of performing live because a) I don't particularly like the performing aspect of 'being a musician' and b) check point 'a'. I would like to make contact with musicians who could give me some feedback on the songs and perhaps point me in the right direction as to what to do with these songs, in return........well thats up to you really!

Great to see in your profile that your interest is being a Dad. My congratulations! Enjoy the time being "dad" - they do grow up so fast - my son is almost 20 and just moved out on his own ...

Thanks for your kind words. I realise that heavy rock is not everyones cup of tea, its the best way I know to express myself.

I'm the very proud Dad of two girls (7 and 2) and the joy they bring is eclipsed by nothing, I feel very fortunate.

I also play guitar & keyboards write music & promote other artists I will have a listen to your music on the link you posted not really my favorite genre but I listen to most types of music even the dreaded Country Music My favorite is Classical vocals by all of the greats and of course my own artist Tim Pitman.
