Yesterday & Yesterdays

I can remember hearing both played together, think it was just instrumental but so long ago I couldn't be sure, can anybody point me towards a recording?

They fit together quite well from what I remember. Can't remember who was performing it though; I've tried scouring Youtube, no luck so far.
