Which software is this?

Hi,

I saw the King Kong Scoring movie clip on youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjeHvjOucMQ), and then someone was working on a computer. I couldn't see which software he was using, due to low-res. Does anyone recognize the look of this program?
