Well, the Jaws original soundtrack was composed by John Williams.
I've got the soundtrack CD right here... let me see... there are several shark attacks
. Anyhow, I do believe all the music is composed by John Williams (though of course he draws inspiration from many sources)
It's a great score by the way. One of the classics!
