It could be john williams, one of the lines hints too closely to the ET theme to be anyone else...i can't see anyone consciously writing this without knowing they were copying it.

plus when the thief enters theres a hint of one of the lines from Home Alone...also by John Williams..

Also, the song at 19:52 is a very soothing melody. I'd like to know where that's from as well.
