It seems to be comprised of a couple of different songs from the beginning to approx 1:00 - but, according to a google search on '"The truth" rap' the beginning of this videosnippet should be a Beanie Sigel song - http://www.lyricsfreak.com/b/beanie-sigel/14048.html it's the chorus lyrics of this song anyway.
