Well, it does sound familiar... just can't quite put the finger on it right now. Hmmm... I suppose these 5 seconds are all you have to go by? (A longer excerpt would of course have helped a lot). Anyhow, if you told us a little more about why you want to know about this particular piece and where you have heard (about) it before, it would be easier to narrow down.
