Sorry cant help you with this one but I can tell you it was not me- very repetitive sounds like a tv show introduction from the 60's or some sort of eastern block fanfare........
Sounds indeed like an intro to a movie or trailer ... it probably doesn't have an official title as most likely was composed specifically as a one shot deal, and never made it to soundtrack status.
There are people who create this sort of music all the time ... to use an established piece for a movie/show would be cost prohibitive as royalties must be paid to musicians each time the piece is heard.
Does sound like something from the 60's or 70's perhaps though ... like an intro to some sort of documentary film.
Sounded like a Star wars type of thing but I would suggest that it 'could' be a divertimento by Percy Lee c.1909 a Brit, a virtuoso on Violin and Cello, who latter in life moved into the Automobile industry this was after a very successful career in the Silk trade, the actual sound from the YT clip was horrendous to say the least poor old Percy would have hated it.
