For anyone struggling to identify a piece of music I have recently downloaded a FREE APP called Track ID. My phone is an ANDROID so it should be available to anyone with a smart phone. Install the app, play it a piece of music and it will identify it. Very useful. and should cure a lot of frustrations (but not all)

Go ahead, and talk about you curing your own frustrations, when I can't.
Do you sense some?

A few days ago I decided to turn on the computer for the first time in weeks.
A nicely fonted screen said it was updating and don't turn off the computer.
I just turned the TV on again to keep the episodes of "Game of Thrones" going,
and saw the same font with the same updating do the same thing again.

And then weaker font, less font, a paler blue, said it is a new update,
and this will take a long time. Don't turn off your computer.
Maybe a total of an hour and a half.
My sound disappeared. I tried what I could. Everything else worked.

My friend at the computer store said Windows 10 upgrades are doing it,
I'm not the only one.
It could only have been programmed, and I have the free Windows 10.
Nuff's e-nuff.

I too have found some of the updates for 10 are very slow but overall I get on well with 10. Bear with it John

I have a bit of software called never10 which prevents microsloth from sending Win10. I'm quite happy using Win 7, it ain't broke so why fix it. Win 10 also won't run some older programmes, and drivers for some printers, scanners etc don't exist.

From what I've read and heard, Microsloth have arranged things such that they can follow your every keystroke if they so desire.

I can't find pictures, where I can title them for disc burning, no files on my computer.
It puts them into a collection, an album, and another album, saying they're my best photos.
I can't get into documents, for any photos.
I have to be entering as an attachment, trying to title photos there, not working all the time.

and while I do appreciate your "bear with it" advice,
again, followed by againanagenna, I keep saying you are too nice.
I know you mean "grin and bearing it", as if,
while JHC just wants to scannabalize me along with himself.
