Don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes.
Today I tried to join the Verve Music group, part of the Universal group so that I could buy and download some tracks.
I duly entered all the requested information on the application page, submitted it and waited for the registration email. when it arrived I followed the link provided and IE came back with a 403 error, "access denied" found there was a ful stop (.) at the end of the link so deleted it and tried again, got the log in page, tried to log in, got "sorry you are not registered", retried and also tried a few other possible ways to get in all failed.
Hunted through every page on the site and more on the Universal site for a "Contact Us" link, the only one is to their privacy office, and it's very well hidden, obviously they want to keep it private.
Sent an email to the Privacy office link using their form, came back with an undelivered message from the postmaster on their site. Obviously it's so private they don't want my business
Does anybody have a foolproof way to register, or even an email address that stands a chance of a response?
