The magic and rain of Vivaldi

For some time now, I'm searching for a composer which will make me fill the same emotioal storm and temper like Vivaldi. For your information - there is no such man / woman. Forgive me for starting with the most common nd known , but , The Winter of the Four Seasons. Did you ever notice the rain in the third chapter? Next message, I will give my synop to this piece.
Though, if you can, give your state of mind so I'll figure out what some of you people might feel.
