Song Identification

I desperately tried to find out the name of a piece of music I think could be out of a movie. I searched the internet and used identification software, but everything vain.

Since it's a Fox copyrighted presentation I bet it's either really obscure, maybe even from made for TV material or something, or was actually an original composition. There are a number of scores that are very similar to this. Elements from the "Trick R Treat" score or "House on Haunted Hill" (1999 remake) sound similar:
