It sounds to me like improv. work.... alot of background music like that is improvized.

Sandrokaza, this sounds like just original background score from the show. You may have to research the credits for the program to find more information. Not to sound insulting at all, but it is a fairly generic suspense/competitive piece that sounds a lot like what we see on reality competitions shows in the United States like The Amazing Race, Biggest Loser and of course Survivor. In fact, if you check out the Survivor scores, you may find something pretty similar. Best of luck in your search!
