yes and Great folk music too.. I remember the group playing in the old days..Now he can play with the best of them and be at peace...

I recall evenings in the NAAFI canteen at RAF Yatesbury in the 1950s when Les Paul and Mary Ford would come over the speakers frequently, I have some of their tracks on a remastered CD.

My brother has a Les Paul guitar he's owned since 1980. Couple years ago he went up to NYC and met Les Paul, who autographed it "Tony-- Keep on pickin', Les Paul". There's a picture of the two of them with this guitar. My brother is really broken up over this...

Yes a sad loss to the guitar world. Lovely memories for some.
