Hello Skittee22,

Welcome aboard Magle International Music Forum :tiphat:

The only "Jungle Book" I am familiar with is the truly real version  movie that came out in 1967 from Disney. There is little (next to none) information about the 1990 version, which is only a 28 minute animated film. You might check with the 'American Film Investment Corporation' who produced this short film.

The movie info for this on The Internet Movie Database, in the full company credits, lists:

Greig McRitchie, music arranger, Johann Strauss excerpts.

The rest of the score is Basil Poledouris, and according to Filmtracks, the disc (out of print) does not contain those Strauss excerpts.

So my guess is that if you just go check out various Johann Strauss waltz discs, you'll find the one you heard.
