Please ID this song! (Alleluia?)

Hello, found this song on the net and I think it was mislabeled as a Bach piece. The file was called "Alleluia"... I'm inclined to think both title and composer are wrong. Does anyone know what this is??

not sure.. sounds more like Handel or Vivaldi.. with maybe Mozart hint. Sorry

It sounds to me more like Mozart than Bach.
