Bought a Phillishave cordless shaver in January, use it about once a week on average, so say it's been used about 30 times.
While cleaning it yesterday part of the head fell off; hunted high and low for it, emptied the bin I was cleaning it over, found a couple of bits but I'm still missing one of the cutters, only place left to look is under the bed, and at may age with my back that's an immovable object.
Searched for spares on line, only complete sets of 3 cutters and 3 foils available, cost between 75% and 80% of what I paid Amazon for the shaver new.
So emailed Pillips.
I read that as "they come packaged and we couldn't possibly open a package; more than our jobsworth, plus it would knock our profits to hell and gone"
I can understand their argument possibly for a shaver that has seen daily use for 2 or 3 years, but would have thought there would be some provision for accidents.
Whatever happened to customer service?

The cutters are not available individually as they are designed to be replaced all at the same time, unfortunately it is not possible to supply a single head for the shaver.
