Not sure as hard to hear: but I believe it is fill(background improv ) music and not a composition as such..which is frequently done in the movie world.IMHO

The original music was scored by Jim Parker. You might want to contact him.

"Original music" is basically just that ... original ... meaning that it was specifically created just for that particular spot in the movie and likely not and known score by any known composer (other than Mr Parker).
