Hi Colin,
It was determined by us that that user was using this site purely for promotional purposes. When a new users signs on and starts making simple one liner replies
to mostly very old and inactive threads, it is a tactic used by spammers to gain the 10 post requirement before they can post promotional links in their posts.
They reply to the very old inactive threads in hopes that we won't "see" their activity, not knowing that any reply to an inactive thread immediately puts
that thread at the top of the queue.
I banned the user and deleted the postings.
