It's possible to identify this music?

Hello to everyone. I am a soundtrack fan almost for 20 years and many times i have come desperate identifying scores from commercials, tv shows etc.. but usually with happy end.
However in this case i almost tried everything including the endless searching that at least brought me to this lovely place .

So I would be very grateful if an expert could identify this score.

Chances are that the music was specially created for the short film, for the Greek Animal Welfare Society.

This is often the case for commercial music as it would be cost prohibitive to pay the royalties for a published work/composition, not to mention the legalities of using copyrighted works for commercial gain or other purposes.
