im not familiar with the jazz scene,i just like this song so...

Sorry, I don't recognise that either, or the musicians. There is a mobile phone app that identifies music but it is too high tech for me.
There is a good chance that one of the jazz fanatics may recognise the playing.

I gave it a go, but like Teddy, I really couldn't pick out any distinctive style or trait which would help identify it. It sounds rather "run of the mill" to me. I am not much for guitars with my jazz, anyway. Maybe Wes Montgomery doing a somewhat pedestrian film accompaniment?
In any event--to my ears at least, based on the short snippet provided--not really good jazz at all.

It could be an improvisation of "Hsart" by Ding mi dong, but only guessing.
