I want to do a digital organ set up at home...on a budget. What do I need?

I already have a Roland C-190, a Viscount Cantorum VI, and another Roland.
I also have a nice Conn faux pipe speaker (good for high and mid tones) as well as a VERY NICE sub woofer. Neither the Conn speaker or sub are powered, so I know I will need some sort of amp, as well as a mixer, plus at least one more speaker for a miniamal left/right set up... My home is small, and the area I will be installing the system is my Great Room--living/dining all rolled into one rather large L-shaped room. Roughly the big part of the L is 17 by 20, and the smaller part is 12 by 12. I will be mounting the Conn speaker on the wall over my sideboard....(there is a mirror in the photo) SAM_4077.JPG SAM_2319.JPG (this was pre-piano)

suggestions??? There is a grand piano right smack in the middle of the space, so you can get an idea of scale. SAM_4207.JPG

I am sure one of guys who are authorities on this subject will post here for you as we have several.. I assume you are using a software program( there are a few free ones available : Miditzer style 216 -a theater organ ; Hauptwerk has trail free units and many for cost), computer and midi set up with your keyboards.. so that leaves the pedal board unless you trade your other keyboards in and obtain a console which is midi compatible another way to go. Like your living space you are going to use. Good Luck with your project.

I'd suggest to install an AV receiver instead of amps and mixers. It would save some budget, compensate acoustic troubles and and it would allow you to share this hardware with a home theatre.

I'd say that it very much depends on your own expectations of the instrument and the physical console. Of course I can recommend you reading my own web pages at http://www.familjenpalo.se/vpo for some ideas. So, please elaborate a little more on what you want to achieve with the project and we can provide better feedback.
