How many instrument are needed for Czech Suite (Dvořák)?

I really like The Czech Suite in D major, Op. 39 by Antonin Dvorak especially the 2nd movement 'Polka'. And I curious how many instrument are needed for this suite. Can anyone tell me? thank you

The score is in public domain, and can be seen and downloadedhere. Looks like 11 instruments are required at the beginning and throughout the piece.

The composers "instrument call" are listed in that score. Hope this helps .
