Happy ending? or sods law?

You may remember my moans a few months back about the cost of spares for a shaver and the fact that the head I wanted was only available as a 3 pack at about 3/4 the cost of a complete new shaver.

On Tuesday I bought a new shaver on offer at less than half the price I originally paid, and 2/3 the lowest price for the 3 pack of heads. Also the heads and cutters were identical - so much for Philips spiel. THEN -

LAST EVENING I FOUND THE MISSING CUTTER!!!!!!

That is typical Mike, it seems to be the way it goes.

These days it is cheaper to buy a new printer than it is to buy a full set of ink cartridges..... Yikes.

The firm I use actually gives away printers etc. What could be cheaper than that. And the ink cartridges are cheaper than retail.
