Funny Onnasis quote

Just listening to an interview (ABC Classic FM's Margaret Throsby) and the interviewee said "Italian opera [to Onasis] was like two Italian chefs shouting risotto recipes at each other ..." I laughed my head off.

I assume Onasis loved Callas for her beauty and flame, not her voice (understandable).
