I'm currently composing my very first pieces of "film music". Well, actually I shouldn't refer to it as "film music" since I'm not writing music that's going to end up being used in a film, but my goal is to work as a film composer some day so that's the kind of "sound" I'm striving for (rather than, say, contemporary classical music).
To the point then. Since I'm new to writing orchestral pieces, there's really a lot to learn about the orchestra, about how to arrange and distribute thematic material and so on. I have bought and studied books (orchestration, harmony, counterpoint) for quite some time now, but the one thing I don't seem to get a hold of is actual SCORES. There are many piano versions out there, but not FULL SCORES (full orchestra) of film music. Does anyone know where I can find it? Perhaps you even have some PDF files yourself, that you may be willing to share? Like I said, they are for my personal studying ONLY.
