Film Score Licensing!

Hello Everyone!

I am in the process of creating an orchestra and i wanted to know what would the licensing for film scores.

I am planning to play themes or full length film scores with our orchestra.
Do you know what would be terms of use or licensing for such event?

Do i have to pay the composer royalties? or to the distributor?
