You might try checking on this site: IMDB which allows you to search for various movies and then might find some contact information for the music scores.

If you are searching for specific comedy film scores on CD - I find going through amazon.com is the best means to search for items available. The reason I like to check amazon is because it is possible to find titles that are out of print from sellers as well as current release titles. Screen Archives Entertainment is also a great place to search because they carry such a large inventory of scores as well as Tarantula Records website, which has an amazing number of titles - some that were not elsewhere available. If you are looking for sheet music or other purposes for comedy films score then I do not have advice for that.
