I guess its funny, but not being a church going person myself its not as easy to appreciate the humor behind it ;)

Cute - marvelously done. It's great when we can laugh at ourselves and some of our traditions in church.

Rojo - yeah, having been brought up (dragged?) in the Anglican church it certainy rang a lot of bells with my memories of the change (when the Peace suddenly happened and we were all mortified that we had to shake hands with our neighbours, I mean really!).

I'm confused. Did I post in this thread?

Well I have now.

Afraid I'm with Muza on this one.

In a word, BRILLIANT, the tears of laughter ran down me legs so to speak.

For Musa and Rojo, it also helps to be English, something to do with our sense of humour no doubt.

Some of the pics remind me of the woman next door, who although not C of E does have that sort of attitude.

Hi CT,

I loved it, really funny. I could just see Mrs Bucket behaving like that.

It just goes to show that some people don't like change.

That was really funny. I remember when I used to attend the Catholic church and they started to offer the sign of peace during Mass. I could just picture my deceased grandmother who was quite a strong personality, sharing just that sentiment.

Well, I guess Jesus we all ain't.

Droll, indeed. Hated the tambourine, though. In my church people usually don't shake hands with each other. They just nod.
