Dave Weckl

Anyone else here a fan of Dave Weckl?

I personally think he's the greatest percussionist in history and quite possibly the greatest non-classical musician alive today.

I really enjoy his playing. There was a Chick Corea Trio video on BETJ last week which had him and JP in an accoustic setting. Very nice.

Dave Weckl is one of the great percussionist and is counted one among the 25 best drummers of all times. This honor was given to him by the hall of fame among numerous other accolades and awards that he has gathered over the years. He started getting fame and recognition in his teens and his talent has been consistent over a long period of time. He is indeed god gifted.
