"Cool world" - instrumental

I was wonderin does anyone knows the song from the movie COOL WORLD, its an instrumental, played on saxophone, and its played two times in movie:

1. when Brad Pit, Nick is coming back to our "world" from "cool world" to get Holy Wood, and he is saying good bye to his girlfriend

2. and the same song is played again at the and of the movie, when Frank is back to the Cool World, his girlfriend is looking for him and finds him on the sidewalk, and then she starts to cry,........

From that page on IMDB, I see that some of the songs are available on a CD from Amazon, but the songs you mention are not.

More likely than not, the songs you mention were either "created" just for the movie and never recorded, or they were songs which can't be published or sold due to royalty issues, payments to musicians, securing copyright permissions, etc etc.

You might check with Warner Bros for any release info on those other two songs.

I see that, too ... Since it was released in 1992, it may be out of print.

As I suggested above, you should contact Warner Bros for any future release dates of this CD. You can use this Warner Bros contact forum to submit your query.

The CD is available for a nominal purchase price on Amazon (here's that link. Looks like this may be the only legal route available, although this CD doesn't contain those two specific songs you are asking about.

Now the caveat: Just because something isn't currently available to purchase (i.e., out of print) does not change the copyright laws. This CD is still copyrighted media for at least another 53 years or so.
